This Privacy Policy explains how Doorly, owned by ConnectMe C.B., collects, uses, stores and protects personal data in connection with guest registration, account access and secure operation of the platform.

Doorly is owned and operated by ConnectMe C.B. and provides a digital guest guide and property information platform for property owners, managers and guests.

  • Name and Surname
  • Address and other personal informations
  • Nationality
  • Document type and number
  • IP address and technical logs
  • Account access data, where applicable

4. Is providing data mandatory?

Yes. Under Spanish law, including Ley Orgánica 4/2015 and INT/1922/2003, certain guest information must be collected and reported. Without this data, the stay cannot be completed legally.

5. Who has access to the data?

  • Policía Nacional or Guardia Civil, where legally required
  • Authorized technical service providers under data processing agreements
  • Hosting and email infrastructure providers compatible with GDPR requirements

6. Payments and Stripe

Doorly uses Stripe as a secure third-party payment processor. When making a payment, Stripe may process personal data such as your name, email address, billing address and card details.

Stripe acts as an independent controller for payment transactions. Doorly does not store or process full payment card details on its own servers.

7. Retention period

Personal data is stored for up to 3 years from the date of departure, or longer where required by law. Technical logs, including IP and system activity, are generally retained for 6 months unless a longer period is needed for security or legal reasons.

8. Storage and security

Data is stored on secure servers located within the European Union. We use HTTPS encryption, access control, secure backups and appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data.

10. Automated decisions

Doorly does not carry out automated decision-making or profiling based on your personal data.

Doorly uses only essential session cookies required for proper operation of the platform. We do not use marketing or tracking cookies on the guest guide itself unless explicitly stated otherwise.

12. International transfers

Data is hosted within the European Union. If international transfers take place, they are protected by appropriate GDPR safeguards, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
